What we design in this project is a communication place for their reception and office. We want to trace a return to a state of tranquility and to design a space where people can better focus on the connection between each other.  #02  探索｛ Exploration ｝门厅，Lobby对于这个项目，我们尝试突破单纯的办公化功能边界，建立多维联系。它处于私人与公共之间的空间状态，强调私密性的同时又是一个接待洽谈的场所。希望人们在场所里谈论的不只是工艺细节，还有空间主理人对行业的敬畏与匠心，坚持“在任何情况下，都应该回归本质，只有不断思考，才能避免自我迷失”。这也是他们从业以来始终如一践行的准则和纯粹的理念。For this project, we try to break through the boundaries of simple office functions and establish multi-dimensional connections. Its function setting is between private and public, emphasizing privacy and at the same time it is a space for reception and negotiation. They hope that people will not only talk about the details of craftsmanship, but also the awe and ingenuity of the space manager for the industry, insisting that "in any case, one should return to the essence, and only by constantly thinking can we avoid losing ourselves." This is also the principle and pure idea that they have consistently practiced since their careers.吊线锤与水泥柱体，Suspension Hammer and Cement Column  #03  规划｛ Planning ｝楼梯间与会议室过道，Staircase and meeting room hallway然而，相较于对工艺展示及接待会所的期待与诉求，建筑毛胚尺度并不理想。它坐落于一栋规矩的写字楼里，一条细长的走廊左右串连着多个单间，形成了由单间组合而成的长方形态。如何摆脱中规中矩的布局，将多维的体验和感知有机整合于受限的窠臼之中，成了设计的重点。However, compared with the expectations and demands for the craft exhibition and reception hall, the scale of the architectural rough is not ideal. It is in a regular office building. A slender corridor connects multiple single rooms in series on the left and right, forming a rectangular shape composed of single rooms. How to get rid of the regular layout and organically integrate the multi-dimensional experience and perception into the restricted set pattern has become the focus of the design.楼梯间，Staircase时而幽暗后的光明，压迫性空间突然的高耸，情绪的转变，野性的魅力流露着细腻的匠心，顺着这个思路，我们勾勒出了这个空间的雏形。The light after the darkness from time to time, the suddenly towering oppressive space, the change of mood, the charm of the wild, all will reveal delicate ingenuity. Following this train of thought, we sketched out the prototype of this space.会议室，Meeting Room立体构成的入口，轴门开启时，进入了一个幽暗的门厅，从压迫的顶转化为高耸光膜，将本来难以解决的穿插梁柱结合，改造成重要的艺术装置。柱上挂着富有年代感的装饰物件，与当代的气息对话、融合，继而再生。设计师希望借此装置作品引喻 “不忘初心的匠心精神”，再结合低调的动态标识，让走进来的观者有着意想不到的情绪变化后带着一丝的好奇心前行。When the pivot door is opened, people will enter a dark hallway through the three-dimensional entrance. By transforming the oppressive top into a towering light film, the combination of interspersed beams and columns which is difficult to be dealt with is transformed into an important art installation. Decorative objects with a sense of age are hung on the pillars. They are integrated with the contemporary design style, and then give people a unique feeling of the fusion of ancient and modern. The designers hope to use this installation work as a metaphor for "the spirit of ingenuity that does not forget the original intention". In addition, with the low-key dynamic logo there, the viewers who walk in will have unexpected emotional changes and then move forward with curiosity.会客厅，The drawing room会客区的设计方面，设计师保留了原有挑高样貌，通过开放式的构筑方式和材质间的视觉冲击，让来这的客人能够更舒适、更愉悦地交流。与走道相连的角落处也有“意景”。移步的细微处，皆可探索。会客区域对应着半成品施工展厅，交流的同时可以看到主理人对施工的独到之处，这也更好地促进合作的必然性，同时也是本次设计的商业布局。As for the design of the reception area, on the basis of retaining the original high ceiling, through the open construction method and the visual impact between materials, the designers hope that the guests who come here can communicate more comfortably and pleasantly. There is also a "scenery" at the corner connected with the walkway. The detailed design which can be noticed by every move is worth exploring. The reception area faces the semi-finished construction exhibition hall. People can see the uniqueness of the principal in the construction while communicating, which will better promote the inevitability of cooperation. It is also the commercial layout of this design.董事长办公室里以野口勇的艺术灯致敬东西方美学融合的思考。落地窗的绿植景观，有如引景入室，让在这里办公的环境更加诗意，仿佛一切都是那么的“精心安排”。The chairman's office is decorated with Isamu Noguchi's artistic lamps, paying tribute to the thinking of the fusion of Eastern and Western aesthetics. The green landscape of the floor-to-ceiling windows is like introducing the scenery into the room, making the working environment here more poetic, as if everything is so "carefully arranged".董事长办公室，Chairman's Office可持续的空间格调，使用了冷暖色调材质碰撞，来引入设计的基础格调。设计形式上用一种建筑手法去表达，有光影也有细部。中轴门阵列有序的走道、艺术漆的肌理铺垫，材质间互相的碰撞，让空间层次感更加分明。意式极简家具适配空间氛围，以当代的艺术品作为思想导线，营造出理性与感性结合的空间。The sustainable space style uses warm and cool materials to introduce the basic style of the design. In terms of design pattern, an architectural technique is used to express, with light and shadow as well as details. The orderly array of central axis doors, the texture of art paint, and the contrast of different materials make the sense of space more distinct. With contemporary artworks as the ideological guide, Italian minimalist furniture adapts to the special space atmosphere, so as to create a space that combines rationality and sensibility.洗手间，Toilet以点带面的灯光设计，以及智能系统的引入也对人与人的交流起到了节省时间成本与增加使用体验愉悦的目的。现代空间的设计需要与现代科技的发展相结合，才能迎合人们对各种状态模式下的氛围感需求。The point-to-point lighting design and the introduction of intelligent systems have achieved the purpose of saving the time and cost of communication between people and improving user experience. The design of modern space needs to be combined with the development of modern technology in order to meet people's needs for atmosphere in various states and situations.  #04  总结｛ Conclusion ｝我们追求的品质已然不是对功能和对物件的追求，而是通过空间，对内心的追求。The quality we pursue is no longer the pursuit of functions and objects, but the pursuit of the heart through space.粗糙与细腻、明与暗、自由与秩序的并存，仰视与平视、理性与感性之间的互补。所以我们将这个办公会所取名为《谧室》，营造出是闹市中一种静谧的高级感。自然的、舒适的、克制的、情感美学空间。In this project, we hope to realize the coexistence of roughness and fineness, light and darkness, freedom and order, as well as complementarity between looking up and looking horizontally, rationality and sensibility. Therefore, we named this office space "Mi Office" (“Mi(谧)” means quiet and peaceful in Chinese) to give people a quiet, peaceful and high-end sense by creating a natural, comfortable, restrained, and emotional aesthetic space in the busy city.

It has also assembled Alvin's top portrait photography tutors, styling tutors and post-production tutors. 概念CONCEPT商业空间最重要的是先定位好这个品牌的设计理念核心是什么。起初，跟欧总（甲方老板）沟通的时候，他想要打造一个极具奢华但又不能过于高冷的顶级婚纱摄影场馆。回想跟艾尔文合作的第一年，那个时候刚开始的第一个项目是在厦门五缘湾别墅的艾尔文摄影馆里面设计一个高定系列婚纱摄影会所。在这个区域里，我们拉开了客户在普通定位与高定的区别，同时也让更多人选择了高定系列，提升了当时的销售业绩。所以我们这次想回到最初的那个状态，准备打制出一个8000平方米的顶奢婚纱摄影场馆，但同时需要有空间亲和力。The most important thing in the commercial space is to determine the core of the brand's design concept first. In the beginning, when we communicated with Mr. Ou (the boss of Party A), he told us that he wanted to have a top wedding photography studio that is very luxurious but not too cold. Looking back on the first year of cooperation with Alvin, the first project was to design a photography club for haute couture wedding series in Alvin Photography Studio which was located in a villa of Wuyuanwan, Xiamen. In this area, our design helped customers understand the difference between ordinary positioning clothing and haute couture, and also guided more people choose haute couture series, which finally improved the sales performance at that time. So, we wanted to go back to that state this time. It is also good for providing more convenient services and saving more time for guests.其次我们在礼服功能的方面，以去多换精的形式来进行设计。摒弃传统的礼服密集侧挂方式，只会让老旧的衣服成列在挂衣杆上既繁琐又费时挑选，大大增加了成本运营。改为一根衣杆一件礼服正挂的方式，能更全面呈现服装的美感，又能便于客户的挑选。整体的空间美感也提升了更高的档次。Secondly, as for the dress area, we designed in the form of removing the superfluous and leaving the essential. We abandoned the traditional way of intensive side hanging of dresses, which only makes old clothes lined up on the clothes rail. It not only is cumbersome and time-consuming for customers to select but also greatly increases the cost of operation. In our design, we changed to the way of hanging one dress on a clothes rail and showing it on the front side, which can present the beauty of the clothes more comprehensively and facilitate the selection of customers.
